Prevention of mortar leakage from steel pipe units. Mortar filling can be done immediately after the installation of the steel pipe unit.
By installing a concave sponge-like member at the bottom of the steel pipe unit, it is possible to fill without leaking non-shrink mortar immediately after installation. 【Usage Precautions】Handling Notes 1. Please use this product within 6 months after delivery. 2. When installing this product, ensure there is no twisting, distortion, or detachment (it is recommended to correct any unevenness at the base beforehand). 3. Any excess length that occurs while this product is attached to the steel pipe unit should be cut with a cutter or similar tool (it is recommended to cut at the connection side towards the track). 4. During the period from mortar placement to curing, please secure the top of the steel pipe unit with a TD spacer or similar (to prevent mortar leakage). 5. After the mortar has cured in the steel pipe unit, please remove any protruding parts within reach using a cutter or similar tool (the parts remaining inside the steel pipe unit should be left as is).
